Christopher Dawson was born in 1972 in New York City, where he currently lives. His work is represented in the collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and la Maison Européenne de la Photographie, among others. His series Coverage was awarded a 2012 New York Photo Award and selected for the 2011 Critical Mass Top 50.
